With over 35 years of baking expertise, I'm passionate about sharing the timeless art of bread making through hands-on workshops that prove simplicity creates extraordinary results. My journey began at 15 in Northampton, where I discovered my love for baking and earned my City & Guilds qualification. I then spent seven years in the Royal Navy, where I expanded my culinary skills as a qualified chef, learning discipline and precision that still guide my craft today. Now, I'm fortunate to pass on decades of knowledge through carefully designed workshops that make successful baking accessible to everyone.
