"This was a really interesting course and a lovely way to spend the day, with other interested people.
Jos was knowledgeable and engaging, happy to answer questions - he met the needs of everyone, new to foraging or those with a background knowledge. It was especially good to combine this with the preparation on the harvest, and to have some to take home."
