"Kate knows her stuff and takes you through all the processes needed to make a shoe with clarity and patience. I was quite slow - my skill at the handstitching of the lining to the upper left a lot to be desired, and bless her, she pitched right in to help make sure I did leave with a finished pair at the end of the day. "This was an interesting experience. Kate was lovely and very encouraging as we went through the steps for making our shoes. I was a little slow but Kate was very patient and, although I took longer over the time we had, Kate was very understanding and allowed me to continue without making me feel guilty or uncomfortable.
