"My mum and I go on lots of craft courses and yours has been one of the best. It was lovely to be able to choose what we wanted to make and your excellent tuition meant we have come away with amazing pieces of art. The lunch provided was a great quality and a really nice touch. And you were a fantastic host and teacher, you made everyone feel at ease and well supported, and your humour and warmth made the day especially enjoyable. "

"We had an inspirational day yesterday at Michelle's workshop. We arrived as novices and left as improvers.... Michelle was extremely patient (and was very happy to spend additional time beyond the planned finish time) and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and very happy to share her expertise. Her workshop was calm and inviting and our lunch was lovely as was our adhoc visit to the smokery on site. Thank you Michelle - a brilliant workshop and we are proud of our unique creations which without your guidance and patience would not have been possible. "Had a really fabulous day with the lovely Michelle. She was warm, friendly, knowledgable and as a complete novice who’d never even picked up a needle, I came away feeling confident and thrilled with my hare, made during the day. My workshop was at Bowdens Farm at the Furzie studio, which was a great location and an absolute awe inspiring treasure trove for Michelle’s incredible felt creations. Would highly recommend, felting really is a wonderful meditative craft and Michelle’s guidance and tuition was a brilliant introduction to my felting journey."

"What a lovely day! I spent it with Michelle and one other lady, and made a beautiful replica of our Cockapoo. I didn’t think I’d be able to complete something which seemed potentially difficult but Michelle showed us in very easy stages how to make a wire frame and then gradually build up the body and head. It was fascinating to see how it developed and took on our dog’s character. It was a lovely relaxed day with lunch chosen from a delicious menu, provided by one of the other artisan businesses on the farm. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. "
