"Did the gnome making workshop today.. I was so pleased with the end result. Jan is such a good tutor, patient, informative, and is so encouraging, it doesn't matter if you have previous knowledge of powertex or not, she takes you through step by step. She is also an excellent host, keeping us supplied with tea, and treats. Thank you so much. I really enjoyed it ( and the company) Would highly recommend."

"Visited Jan today for enjoyable resin dip wire flower workshop. She was welcoming and offered drinks straight away, and replenished during the workshop. There were aprons and gloves available. She explained the process and helped us to make a really pretty flower each, with one of us working faster and making a butterfly as well. Great starter workshop for this relaxing craft - we could easily carry on doing this at home now. Thank you!"

"I went to this craft session with a friend to do something lovely and festive. We both really enjoyed it! Jan was very welcoming and guided us through the craft. I absolutely love the bottle I made, we were able to make them personal to us, and with Jan’s help and so many materials, it looks really professional. Very much enjoyed and love our craft. "

"Mary and I had a wonderful day making gnomes. Jan is an excellent tutor who clearly loves crafting and imparting her expertise to others. She gave my friend, who does not do much crafting, a lot of encouragement. We were both chuffed with our gnomes and how they have turned out. A day like this makes an excellent birthday present for a friend which was what this was. "

"My mum, sister and myself did the Powertex Gnome course just yesterday. Jan was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Jan gave us clear instructions and was on hand to help and guide us to make our best possible models. There were lots of embellishments available to use and lots of ideas to make our Gnomes one off’s. I would really recommend this course for all levels of experience for a few hours of messy fun. Thanks Jan, you were great 😊 "

"This was a return visit for me and my friend. It was just as fun as the first time and we were both really pleased with the dragon books we made. One of them will be a Christmas gift for someone. Me and my friend are both experienced drafters and I think these are suitable for both beginners and more experienced people. "

"Fantastic class, and superb teacher! I book Powertex and stone art owl for a group of 4. After looking, I decided I would like to do the book cover instead, and Jan was happy to accommodate the chance. She is great at teaching, and great at putting people at ease. The youngest member of our group was very worried, and she was upset because she thought she was doing a different project. Jan immediately switched her project, and helped her to build her confidence. She was really happy at the end of the course. I'll definitely recommend the course, and I will be back at the first opportunity. "

"My friend and I did the fantasy dip workshop with Jan. It was amazing! Having never done it before, Jan was so helpful at explaining each step. We both made some beautiful flowers which were enhanced by the huge range of embellishments Jan had available for us to use. I would highly recommend Jan’s workshops and we will be definitely going back to try some of the other ones she offers. Such a lovely friendly lady. Thank you for teaching us a new craft."

"I booked this course for myself and my Mum for a birthday present for my Mum. It really didn’t disappoint. We both had so much fun and Jan is absolutely lovely. We were both new to the craft and Jan walked us through it. We have already ordered some of materials needed to have a go ourselves at home and will definitely be booking another course with Jan at some point. We would highly recommend!! Stunning pieces and very happy group. 4 of us went, 2 had been apprehensive. They loved it and are planning return trips. I would recommend to anyone to book with Jan. I had done Waterlooville before and the standard is so high for all of the teachers."

"Today was my first experience of Powertex after being introduced by my friend. I don’t mind admitting I have very little in the way of creative skills! It was really amazing, very interesting and lots of fun. Jan is so lovely and put us at our ease straight away and made sure we knew exactly what to do at each stage. The biscuits and coffee were very welcome too! My 12 year old loved it too and we will definitely be back. The four of us had a great time and I’m very pleased with my first project!!
