"This was my second workshop with Jane, having already completed a half day felting a picture. I had another lovely day creating a felt picture and lengthened skills. Jane is very talented and experienced and provided plenty of support with an abundance of patience. As there were only 5 in the workshop we had plenty of individual tuition to learn new skills, nothing was too much trouble. Lunch was an additional excellent bonus. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn a new skill. "

"A very enjoyable experience. As a complete novice I was ably guided and encouraged by Jane. It was a small group and had a very relaxed but intensive atmosphere. Jane is very approachable and gave us all confidence. I enjoyed my session so much that I signed up for a full day workshop to further explore the delights of wet felt craft! "The product itself is excellent. The materials appear to be of a high quality and the instructions look clear and straightforward. I was disappointed by the delivery. The package was left on my front doorstep (extremely visible spot), no one was in the house at the time, and had been ripped open."

"I recently spent a lovely morning in Jane's company making a felt hare that I feel really proud of! Never having done this craft before I was a little apprehensive, but Jane put me at my ease immediately in her lovely cosy cottage kitchen, with tea and cakes! She is such a patient teacher and a lovely, warm lady and so easy to chat to that 4 hours just flew by. I will definitely be back again! Thank you Jane"

"Spent a lovely day with Jane learning the art of wet felting. Jane was very welcoming and made us feel very relaxed as none of our small group had tried wet felting before. There was a a great choice of materials to use, everything was provided. Plus a lovely lunch and a bottomless cuppa! You could take an idea from Jane or run with your own to produce your masterpiece. It was a fantastic day I would highly recommend the course. I have come away with a new found passion. Thank you Jane for your knowledge and help."

I love doing stuff and but normally have little creative ideas, However, with Jane’s help I managed to complete a hanging that I am really pleased with. "Followed Jane's needle felting workshop yesterday where we learned how to create a cute needle felted hare in a small group of lovely people. I absolutely loved every second of it: the ambience, Jane's patience and sense of humour, the tea and cakes and lovely dog, learning the techniques: it was an afternoon very well spent and one to remember! Jane is a gem, very talented, great to talk and listen to. She managed to explain the techniques so well, I, a person with two left hands(!) walked away with a gorgeous hare I will be showing off to everyone who wants to listen (and to those who don't :P), a love for needle felting and a taste for more! I hope to be able to join another one of Jane's courses in the near future, it was well worth the journey of 3 hours there and back for me :) A++++++"

"Had a great day yesterday with Jane, arranged by my brother as a birthday present. I have always thought of myself as crafty, but not necessarily creative. I am good at following patterns and instructions, so was a little hesitant about creating a piece from nothing. I needen't have worried. With Jane's careful unobtrusive advice, support and obvious enthusiasm for the project, I was able to create a picture of a field of sunflowers. I loved the technique, and have brought my remnants home to try and create something else. Jane is extremely welcoming, provided a lovely lunch and as much tea as I liked! Sadly my day was slightly cut short by a snow storm, but my project was complete, and I am extremely proud of what I have achieved. My brother was impressed too!"

"Myself and my mum came to a full day felting course with Jane a few days ago and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. There were only 3 of us on the course (I believe Jane never has more than 5 per group) which was fantastic as it meant we each got as much 1:1 time as we wanted and needed. We were both absolute beginners and came away with a piece we were very proud of. Jane had definitely gotten the best out of us both and was a warm, supportive, informative tutor. All communication was easy and regular. We both definitely got the "felting bug" and I've done a new piece already. We will definitely be back for more with Jane. Thank you for a wonderful day!"

"I contacted Jane to arrange a craft day for a couple of friends of differing abilities. She was very obliging in relation to our narrow availability and we settled on a full day wet felting. Everything was arranged in advance via email, including how to make payment and our dietary preferences. On the day all we had to do was turn up with an old towel. It was fabulously stress free. Jane was warm, welcoming and immediately put us at ease as we shared a coffee and discussed our aspirations in her homely kitchen. Then, having established what we hoped to achieve, Jane tailored her tuition to each individual to help us do so. The materials she provided were varied and plentiful... as were the drinks. Lunch was delicious too. All in all we had a fun and relaxing day. Thank you Jane. We hope to repeat it again soon."

"We had a very relaxed an enjoyable afternoon making felt pictures. Jane explained the techniques well and provided all materials. There was a huge range of merino wool in all colours and it was easy to create a picture in just a few hours. Jane showed us some pieces of work that others had done for inspiration but really all that is needed is your own imagination and a willingness to experiment. Jane offered some guidance but mostly left it to us to develop the felt picture in anyway we liked. As a non arty person I was pleased with my first attempt and would definitely go back to have another go. I would highly recommend this course"
