Lovely environment in Fiona’s studio and as it was a sunny day we had lunch outside in her lovely garden. Fiona offered refreshments, cake and homemade biscuits throughout the day. Well worth it! "

"I'm usually a bit sceptical when I read rave reviews for things but in this instance I have to agree with the thanks and praise for this workshop as I think it is absolutely justified. Fiona made us all very welcome. Her teaching was well paced, and the ratio of tutor to attendees was ideal, affording sufficient individual support where needed. Time flew; I was delighted with the eco-prints and bound books that I took home with me (and have since been proudly showing to family and friends). I started the day as a complete novice, but ended feeling capable of continuing on my own at home. In summary it was fascinating and very enjoyable and I would highly recommend it!"

"This is an absolutely super course with an ambitious but very exciting programme of activity. Just the right combination of things attendees do entirely for themselves and things that Fiona prepares for you. My fellow attendees were lovely, particularly Kathryn who had the kindest heart offering me a specific back cover she had selected for the Japanese stab bound book. Fiona is a great teacher, very patient; I tested her on that a bit because I kept losing my way with the stitching of the spines. I thought it excellent value and would enjoy doing similar over two days if Fiona chose to present such a course. If not, I might do this workshop again. I mean why not? It has a number of my absolutely favourite things - eco printing, eco printing and achieving blue, a coptic stitched notebook, Japanese stab binding and papers to bring home to use at home. Thank you, Fiona. "

"This was a thoroughly enjoyable course. We packed so much into the 6 hours and learned lots of different printing techniques on various surfaces and fabrics. Fiona provided a clear and easy to follow step by step explanation for each technique and showed us what we could use to carry on ecoprinting ourselves at home if we wanted. No previous crafting or artistic experience was needed. The location was perfect with the tables well spaced and apart from the items Fiona asked us to bring, everything else was provided including a delicious lemon drizzle cake. Highly recommended."
