Claire is the founder and creative director of Claire's CraftHouse whose work and expert advice has been featured in Reclaim, Period Living, Your Home, Evening Standard and The Spruce. Claire’s CraftHouse is a specialist retailer of furniture paints and accessories based in Staffordshire, supporting DIY enthusiasts, furniture hobbyists and professional upcyclers. Since 2013, we have maintained a simple philosophy - we believe in helping our customers to transform their furniture into something truly creative and unique, whatever its age, style or condition. We offer furniture painting workshops and courses as well as a furniture restyling service for clients - transforming furniture into something truly individual and bespoke. Since turning my passion for furniture and decor upcycling into a new career path a decade ago, I've indulged my creative spirit in so many ways. But above all, I love sharing the knowledge I've built with others, inspiring and empowering them to create the change they want to see in their own homes. With a rising cost of living and a sense of responsibility to reduce, reuse and recycle, there's never been a better time to take what's already there and transform it into something truly unique that you can love all over again.
