"Fabulous course from a fabulous instructor. Everything you could possibly need was supplied in abundance alongside tea, coffee and lunch. We received expert tuition in a very informal and relaxed atmosphere which was key to me as a 'newbie' creating my first felt animal way above the standard I thought I was going to achieve. I have found a new passion and look forward to making more furries."

"I absolutely LOVED my day with Karin and a lovely group of enthusiastic ladies, in a beautiful setting, with delicious food!!! Can’t think of a more heavenly way to spend a day!! We all created some magical dormice too, each with their very own character. I’ve called mine Aphid. I now need to create some friends for him!... when’s the next workshop???!! ☺️"

"This was my second course with Karin. The first was a one day course to make a hedgehog. I had never tried needle felting before and was delighted to take home not just a hedgehog but a beautiful little creature with his own personality. The two day workshop learning to make a wired armature animal was amazing! Karin is a brilliant teacher and such a lovely person to spend time with. I created a wonderful hare - far beyond anything I thought I might achieve - and learned so much. A wonderful workshop which I highly recommend. Thank you Karin. "This was my first course with Karin and I will definitely be going back again! Everything was so well organised and such fun to do too. It did not matter if you had previous needlefelting experience or not because Karin is such a responsive and adaptable teacher, everyone received teaching and support that was specific to them. We all completed our Pandas and everyone was really proud of their achievements. It was such a friendly occasion too, lots of chat and giggling and a lovely atmosphere. I would reccomend this wholeheartedly :)"

"This is the second workshop I've attended with Karin. I loved them both. A sheep made on the first and an Easter rabbit on the second. Karin teaches needle felting in a way that anyone can enjoy the process. It's fun and a lovely way to meet like minded crafters. I'm now hoping Karin will be able to do a two day workshop at Book ish in Crickhowell soon."

"I did this one day workshop having no knowledge of needlefelting or working with wool. I joined it because I adore the little creatures made by Celestine and the Hare, so I decided to have a go. Oh my this is so much fun!! It is therapeutic and relaxing and I made the most delightful litttle hedgehog. Karin was a wonderful teacher (I think her background is in teaching), she told us how to achieve what we wanted and gave us ideas and lots of information - she wasn't a 'do this and do it like that' sort of teacher at all. It was great company, and a really fabulous day of learning a new craft. I took home an exquisite little animal that I adore."

Karin Celestine's teaching was fantastic and my bear is so much more beautiful than I thought I would ever achieve as a beginner. "This two-day course was my second try at needle-felting with Karin. The first time was a one-day course making a hedgehog, and I was sure I would go home with an unrecognisable blob, being all fingers and thumbs generally. But instead I had a wonderful day and took home a beautiful hedgehog made by me! This time I went ambitious and made a dragon! This is the confidence Karin gives you that you can do it, even if you're an absolute beginner and certain that you don't have a creative bone in your body. She's a wonderful teacher, a warm and humourous lady and I'm telling you, not only will you have a lovely day, you will also find yourself to be more creative than you thought."

"Karin is such a talented maker and teacher - I went on the one day course to felt a hedgehog at Leek Wootton House last year and thoroughly enjoyed it! The venue is delightful and so is the host and I was made to feel completely relaxed and at home. I learnt so much technically about needle felting that was invaluable. From wrapping legs round wires and solidifying bodies, as well as creating eyes to make them look realistic, refering to different types of animals, as well as hedgehogs. Karin told us to expect that they would all turn out very differently and we were so delighted when they did! There was time to chat and enjoy spending time together, I recommend Karin's courses for anyone whether they are a complete beginner or a more experienced felt maker ."

"I am fortunate to say I have attended a one-day course with lovely Karin. I was an absolute beginner, with no confidence that I was 'crafty' enough to produce anything resembling the gorgeous creatures Karin makes. The group made hedgehogs, and I'm happy to say my hedgehog could hold his head up amongst his peers! I was delighted. I met some really lovely people, and Karin was a dream teacher. I'm booked to do the two-day armature course in March and I can't wait."

"I had been to other needle felting workshops before, but this was a different experience...Karin makes teaching seem effortless (although I'm sure it isn't!) and is able to encourage each person individually at the very point they need help and pointers. She shares knowledge and experience while allowing you to find your own way of working and takes everyone's individual aspirations (a dog, an elephant, a chicken, a chameleon, a wyvern etc) in her stride. A really enjoyable day with lots of laughter amid the hard work!"

"I have been on several workshops run by Karin over the last couple of years and they have all been really wonderful. Interesting venues, lovely food and a great tutor. Karin really does make it easy to learn and express yourself. Trust me you WILL make something which amazes you! I have made several needle felted creatures who have pride of place on my shelf, along with Karin's wonderful creations. and enjoyed a day of fun, craft and laughter. Well worth booking to come on this and you will learn a lot. And you get to be a part of the Tribe if you join the club, which I recommend you do as it is such fun!"
