Maker's bio

We set up Botaninkal during lockdown 2020 when we all wanted to connect with nature much more in our lives. By developing natural ink making techniques, our mission is to teach others about how to develop their own artistic materials that are eco-conscious and avoid chemicals.   Modern inks contribute to damaging our already delicate eco-system as they contain so many harsh and damaging chemicals. But there are alternative ways of making ink and this is what we teach.
