"Thanks for your review Rob. It was a pleasure to meet you, and well done for your work: the first ammonite shape at this forge, looks great. Enjoy grilling and using your steak turner! Regards, Arian "

Abby Beresford-Glanville reviewed: Blacksmithing experience day

"I had the most brilliant day. I don’t think I stopped smiling. Arian was so welcoming and truly inspiring. It was fascinating to learn all the basic techniques, from starting and managing a fire to creating objects of our own to take home. The day went at a gentle pace, with Arian providing food and refreshments including a very nice homemade soup. It was so lovely meeting the 3 others on our course, and we all enjoyed the process together and seeing what each other produced. I’m so proud of the pieces I made, and I would definitely book onto the course again. Thank you Arian "

Arian's Forge responded:

"Hi Abby, many thank for your kind review, I'm so pleased you enjoyed it so much. Thank you for your great energy and creativity; you really took the initial learning on so well to then make a lovely snake hook, of your own design. Thanks again, and always welcome back! Regards Arian"

Bridget reviewed: Blacksmithing experience day

"What a brilliant day we had! Arian was patient and explained the process well. From starting off thinking will we manage to make something to coming home with finished projects was way beyond our expectations. The pace was perfect and I for one, think I will try to do some blacksmithing at home - it now feels very achievable!"

Arian's Forge responded:

"Hi Bridget, thank you for your review. It was a great pleasure to meet you and your friends. Such a fun and creative day I thought. And I'm particularly delighted you feel inspired and confident to have a go at home: that's the spirit. If I can be of any help as you set up and try things I'd be more than happy to support with advice or anything else. Thanks again and best wishes, Arian"
