Make a robust but elegant 2 seater interior bench with a beautiful hand tooled texture. Learn to use super sharp hand planes and cabinet scrapers to shape the subtle curves of the seat. Use specialised rotary planes and a hand powered lathe to make spindles. Everyone comes away with new furniture making skills and a beautifully finished bench. Open to all abilities, however the course is somewhat physically demanding. Includes a wholesome lunch both days.
