I have been teaching people Patchwork and Quilting for quite a few years. I recently moved to North Devon to be closer to our rather gorgeous Grandsons who have received more than their fair share of quilts... You can learn a lot with one to one tuition with each lesson tailored especially for your and your needs. If you already know some of the skills we will concentrate on skills you want to learn.

"Want to make blinds etc and never really learned how to use a sewing machine. So I have borrowed my mother-in-law's 1960s sewing machine. This didn't phase Alex at all, she checked it over and taught me all the basics... straight lines, riding over bulkier seams, even zips. Great confidence giver, I need to buy the fabric and get sewing now! Thanks Alex. "
