Woodland Wonders Kinusaiga - Fabric Collage
Description
Step into a cosy autumn forest and learn the beautiful Japanese art of kinusaiga - a fabric collage technique that creates textured, painted-like scenes without a single stitch in sight! In this relaxed and creative workshop, you’ll use carefully chosen autumnal fabrics to create your own Woodland Wonders scene. Choose from a selection of charming templates including toadstools, a snoozing hedgehog, a curled-up fox or a woodland stump with acorns and beetles, all part of the same whimsical forest theme. You’ll be guided through the whole process from tracing and cutting to layering and finishing your piece. No sewing, no prior experience – just creativity, good company, and plenty of tea. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned crafter, you'll leave with a finished piece ready to frame, plus the skills to keep going at home.
