About the Course

Silver Clay Jewellery Workshop - Inspired by Nature

Cost: £55 (£50 for Friends of Dry Water)

Silver clay is fabulous for making real silver jewellery and is really easy to use. On this course we will be using nature as our inspiration making silicon moulds of natural items such as shells, seedpods, feathers, flowers and leaves. Using these moulds and silver clay we will create fabulous silver jewellery which is torch fired and hand finished.

You will also learn how to make your own ear wires for earrings.

The course includes silicone moulding material, 10g of silver clay, necklace and silver wire to make ear wires and all other equipment and materials. This is enough for several pieces of jewellery.

Additional silver clay and findings are available to purchase on the day.

Coffee / tea and cake is included in the price.

Please contact me for the timings of these workshops or see the website via the link above.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

Want to review this course?

This course exceeded my expectations. Frances is an excellent tutor - warm, friendly and encouraging. The class was carefully structured so that you can understand and practice each part of the process, with clear guidance and explanation at each stage. I don't consider myself very creative, but was really chuffed with the pieces I made and it was a lot of fun. I would thoroughly recommend.
