Come and create a beautiful soft nuno-felted scarf or cowl using silks, wool and other fibres in the lovely seaside town of Southwold. I will take you through all the steps from dyeing your silk base layer, laying out the wool fibre to create a fine and soft texture, and the wet-felting processes to end with a finished wearable piece of art that is as unique as you are. Making felt from scratch is so versatile and is especially good for creating non-linear forms. It can also be highly textured by incorporating fibres, curly locks, fabrics, yarns - or ultra smooth and chic. Some manual dexterity and strength is required to complete all the processes but do get in touch with me if you are unsure.
