Description
Each month we hold an 'easy project' workshop. These are sociable events aimed at keeping you sewing whilst having fun and getting to know other like minded people. This workshop we will be making a pyramid doorstop, it's heavy enough to keep your door from shutting and looks pretty too! You can make yours from a patterned fabric or a plain fabric and add some applique if you are feeling creative! We will all work on the same project where I will provide the instructions and pattern or measurements to cut. You will be sent an email with details of fabric requirements, or alternatively I will have fabric and fabric packs available to purchase on the day. Here we can try out a few new techniques which are not covered in the usual workshops, and I am always open to suggestions for future months. You will need to bring your own sewing machine and sewing kit, or let me know beforehand if you would like to hire a machine.
