Manchester bee pewter keyring workshop - using cuttlefish casting technique

Handcraft your unique bee design and experience the traditional jewellery technique of cuttlefish casting.

Through the workshop Ella will guide you through the process of carving your design from the unusual material cuttlefish bone before we pour the molten pewter (lead free metal) to reveal your design.

We will then finish your cast using traditional jewellery tools and techniques before polishing so you can proudly take your final piece home. A fascinating technique with beautiful results.
