Line & Wash: Secret Garden Architecture

X

Description

Pen and ink sketching, also known as line & wash, lends itself readily to impromptu small sketches of interesting features we so often find in our National Trust Estates or even our parks and gardens. In fair weather we can work outdoors with only a few art materials in our bag, and enjoy drawing these often crumbling, fascinating walls, gates, fences and sculptures - even lovely old flower pots and stone urns. Equally these features lend themselves to photography allowing us to return home to draw and paint them at leisure. No previous experience of the medium is required for the workshop. One to one tuition and group Demonstrations of how to use the materials and how to approach the techniques.
