About the Course

This is a full day intensive course to give you an introduction to glass fusing.

All aspects of fusing for beginners will be covered, tools & equipment, health & safety, kilns, types of glass etc followed by demonstration and practice of cutting and shaping glass.

Afterwards you will make your choice of a jewellery pendant, a Christmas decoration or a coaster, as many as time allows. These will then be fused in our kilns overnight and posted to you the next day once annealed and cooled.

At the end of the course you will have made at least one item, be familiar with the required tools & equipment and how to use them safely.

We aim to run the course 10am - 5:30pm with a break for light refreshments but times are flexible around your needs. Weekend dates are available but limited, we will contact you after purchase to book the date.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
