About the Course
Hi.... Introducing some changes to my upcycling workshops from September... so firstly the good news in that the cost of the course has been cut as has the format! Now I am not planning on sending anyone home with just a painted piece of wood :) it's nice to have a project you have completed to display and wait for the compliments to come :). So..... now you can bring along a photo frame to practice the painting techniques on (distressing, stencilling and decoupage options will be available) ....and when you have completed the workshop, you will be able to work on your larger pieces at home. I will demonstrate how to mix up your own chalk based paint, and how to apply it, how to decoupage and stencil.... Each workshop can accommodate up to 5 people, and I am happy to arrange private parties!
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
Tea/coffee & biscuits are provided mid morning, and anything you need to complete your projects ... a choice of paint colours, brushes, aprons , along with everything needed to decoupage and stencil A very informative worksheet with my chalk type paint recipe included is provided for you to take home, and I'm always happy to answer any follow up questions....
Great way to learn a new skill - relaxed and enjoyable morning learning to use chalk paint, create a distressed look and decoupage.
