Enamel Jewellery Workshop | Sedgefield
Description
This workshop is suitable for beginners with no previous jewellery making experience. The workshop allows participants to learn basic techniques and skills to create their own enamelled pendant/earrings in copper. On this workshop you'll learn how to prepare your copper shape for enamelling, using a variety of techniques to add the enamel to create colourful patterns. You'll then torch fire these before adding jewellery findings afterwards to turn into your pendant/earrings. Expect to make up to x4 pendants or x2 pairs of earrings. During this workshop refreshments will be provided. Places are limited to eight people on this workshop to allow individuals sufficient time with Lindsay to assist with each project.

Lindsay Forbes has worked in the jewellery industry since graduating in 3D Design in 2010. Working in a variety of areas from retail to repair, she has a great amount of knowledge in jewellery design and technical skills in goldsmithing. Following her passion for designing and making jewellery she founded her own business; Laconic. Passing on knowledge and skills is something that Lindsay enjoys doing and creating a fun, friendly environment where people can come to relax, be creative and learn and so 'Bench Box' was created!
