LEGO® DUPLO Coding Express – Family Coding & Play Workshop.
Description
Coding Express is a hands-on family workshop where children and adults explore early coding concepts using the LEGO® DUPLO® Coding Express train set. Participants learn how colour-coded action tiles placed directly on the track control the train’s behaviour — such as stopping, changing direction, refuelling, sounding the horn, and switching lights on or off. There are no screens or laptops required; coding is done physically using the track and tiles. Sessions are relaxed, practical, and designed for beginners. Families work together on the floor, building routes, experimenting with sequences, and learning through play. This workshop supports: Early coding and sequencing Problem-solving and logical thinking Teamwork between children and adults Confidence with technology through physical making All activities are fully supervised in a friendly makerspace environment.
