Digital Design Basics – Preparing Files for Making
Description
Digital Design Basics is a practical introduction to preparing digital files for making. Working in a small, consistent group, you’ll learn how common file types such as SVG, DXF, and PNG are used, how to set up artwork correctly, and how to avoid common problems before fabrication. Sessions build progressively, and guidance is available so participants can rejoin smoothly if they miss an occasional session. No prior design experience is required. The course runs over 6 weekly sessions, with pricing set per month rather than per session.
What's included in the price?
Use of computers and design software during the sessions, plus guided instruction. Participants may bring their own laptop if they prefer.
