‘Connect’ Wellbeing One Day Workshops with Susan Goode
Connect wellbeing one day workshops for up to 20 participants 10-5pm at your venue within M25 Wellbeing Workshops - Focus on easy to learn techniques to improve mental health We will do: Small group Experiential work on recognising signs of anxiety depression and burnout Learn Practice and improve deeper listening skills to improve our understanding & support giving Learn Practice & improve non-confrontational communication skills Learn Practice and try some healthy boundary techniques for better mental health Try some mindfulness techniques & experience a guided meditation Look at cognitive Behavioural techniques to reduce anxiety Including creative 1 hr team building event. Choose from: African Dance chant and songs ( includes some body drumming) – team workshop to get you chanting and learning some traditional African dance moves to really uplift energise and raise your capabilities. Find Your Voice- Find your voice- Your team/ small group work on breath sound and meditation before learning a simple uplifting song together with aim of using your instrument to express and increase confidence and joy! You’ll be amazed at what you can co create! Paint a Pot - Come get in a mindful zone whilst transforming plain terracotta plant pots with colourful patterns using acrylic paint pens. All you need to do is add a lovely little house plant to bring in a boost of nurturing joyful growth you yourself and a space!

Welcome. I am a Creative designer who expresses through a love of colour & pattern. Joyfully making and often up-cycling worn out pieces so they’re loved again. I like to work with vintage china crockery, glass tesserae, alcohol inks, and mixed media. I am passionate about sharing skills, encouraging and celebrating creativity amongst like minded others. I truly believe co creating in a supportive environment is key to increasing our well being and improving our mental health.
