Description
Impress your friends by making your own leather satchel! This is a beautiful and classic style and by far the most popular of our courses. It is a perfect bag to take with you when you're out & about and easily fits a wallet, mobile phone, keys and sunglasses! The dimensions of the final bag are approx. 15cm high x 20cm wide x 7cm deep. You won't need a sewing machine as the handbag will be stitched by hand.

What you will need
To make the item you will need: - vegetable tanned leather (1.8-2mm) - a selection of leather crafting tools - for hardware you will need a magnet snap (20mm), 2x D-rings (20mm) and a buckle (20mm). If you are making a leather strap, you will also need: - 2x swivel snap hooks (20mm) - another buckle (20mm) - three double cap rivets (8x8mm). You can find a list of the bare minimum tools required on our website (FAQ) but you will get a detailed list of tools with the course.
