"I am a complete beginner at embroidery and was therefore a little trepidatious about joining the course. I need not have worried.
The course was held in the teacher’s own home with just three students, making it very relaxed and friendly. Everything needed was supplied and more, with an amazing array of embroidery threads, fabrics and odds and ends to use. Vicky was an excellent and inspiring teacher. We were taught the basic stitches and then used them to add to a sunset picture on some pre-painted fabric. We all came away with a basic knowledge of stitches and a feeling of pride in having created a simple but beautiful embroidery by the end of the two hours.
I am now hooked and want to do more!"
