"I took this course with Kirk last Summer. I didn't really know anything about macro but within a couple of hours was taking shots I'm really proud of. I had tried to get into macro before, but the confusing technical side meant that my attempts ended in frustration and disappointing shots. However the way Kirk explained it and showed me how various settings work and impact things in a macro environment means I now get it and can just have fun taking photos. I've been using the skills and techniques that he taught me for the last year and have seen a great improvement in my technical ability as well as composition. Thanks Kirk!"
