"The needlefelting workshop I attended tutored by Rachel was well run and fun. Rachel explained each step clearly and made the procedures clear and easy to follow. It was one of the most enjoyable workshops I have attended and Rachel's time management was excellent. She planned the day so that we were happily employed throughout the day and all completed our chosen animals. It was a very good experience , one which I would like to repeat"

"This was a brilliant workshop run by knowledgeable and patient tutors. The materials provided were first class and the tuition was excellent. I feel that I easily learnt enough to come home and carry on and, as both Rachel and Rhian were inspiring teachers I shall be looking out some suitable fibres and having a go at making some more needlefelted animals. Very highly recommended - we certainly got our money's worth and had lots of fun too."

"The day course run by Rach was lovely, we needlefelted either a bear or hare, though only one person has guessed correctly what my animal was. That's down to my artistic ability, not the tutors though! And I''m pleased with my hare(or donkey?) The teaching was clear and delivered in a relaxed and friendly way. I'd recommend the course wholeheartedly. I learnt a lot. Thank you Rach and Rhian."

"I really enjoyed this course. Rachel and Rhian were fantastic teachers and they created a lovely relaxed atmosphere for us to work in. We had a choice of what we wanted to work on when and then after being shown examples and techniques we could get inspired by all the beautiful colours and start on our own designs. Rhian and Rachel were always on hand to show us new techniques as we went along and I thought the results were absolutely gorgeous. I really enjoyed admiring everyone else’s work as much as I enjoyed working on my own and I was really chuffed with what I made. Throughout the day I was either utterly engrossed in what I was doing, happily learning something new or chatting and laughing with the others on the course. It was a lovely relaxing two days, I’d thoroughly recommend the course and I’m hoping to be back on another course soon. Thanks Rachel & Rhian :)"

She inspires confidence and makes you feel like you have achieved something really special - which of course you have! "The 2 day course was well organised & resourced. The venue was ideal with plenty of free parking right outside the building. The presence of the 2 facilitators, Rachel & Rhian, allowed everyone to work at their own pace & choose a number of different projects to work on. Expert tuition ensured that even a total novice like myself left with a couple of creations that I’m looking forward to displaying at Xmas!"

"What a super day with Rachel at her wreath felting workshop. As a complete novice, and with very little creative flair, she, and her lovely assistant, guided me through my options and made gentle suggestions without taking over my creation! The available materials were plentiful, so much so that it took a while to settle on a design as there was so much to chose from! I've learnt a lot and have come away with a desire to do more. Thank you, keep doing what you're doing - great way to jump off the planet and explore your creative side with a bunch of lovely people!"

"This is my second course run by Rachel Prince and would definitely recommend (again). I had the opportunity to make a felted stocking using wet felting techniques, a wreath, a fairy and a felt picture mounted on a card. The 2 day course was full of ideas and Rachel helped us all to use our artistic licence. Such a relaxed 2 days, having all the equipment provided and so much choice of wool to use. Can’t wait for the next course! Highly recommended - 2 full days of enjoyment! Thanks Rach"

"Rachel is a natural teacher who has an eye for guiding people to the best results but without telling them what to do - so you can learn by experience with an expert on hand to give an opinion if asked for. She has a big range of materials to use, and costs are very reasonable too. If you want a creative day with everything on hand and a nice atmosphere and friendly people, I would always recommend Rachel's felting classes."

"What a fabulous workshop! Rachel and Rhiannon were knowledgable, highly skilled and able to clearly teach, guide, help and support with this craft throughout the day. I felt as if I had learned so much and at the end of the day went home with a very nearly completed piece of art work which I keenly went on to finish the next day. The range of resources provided was excellent and it was especially inspiring to see examples of their own work. Feel as if I have found a craft that I want to keep on doing. Rachel made the day relaxed and taught me brand new skills that I will take away with me. "A very enjoyable course which allowed me to produce a felted seascape to take home. The time was really well allocated - everyone was able to complete their seascape in the day. Rachel explained the process really clearly and gave us all lots of help and advice. She provided a fantastic range of resources to choose from and was very helpful. It was lovely to see everyone so proud of their creations and I would definitely recommend this course!"

After trying to teach myself (rather unsuccessfully, it has to be said!) needle felting from kits, it was a joy to discover that I could achieve a finished product without using polystyrene balls! I was delighted with my finished dog and frankly amazed at what I achieved within the timeframe! Rachel and Rhian were fab-excellent instructors and were warm and friendly and made everyone feel very welcome. I would thoroughly recommend attending one of these courses."
