Fall in love with woodturning!! Anna Nichols is a professional furniture maker and woodturner. Turning with wood for more than 20 years. Starting at school and in her Dad's garage as a teenager. Anna is offering one to one woodturning taster sessions. Allowing the new turner, the opportunity to get the maximum amount of time on the lathe. Each class will have a maximum of 3 people.
What's included in the price?
A two hour taster in woodturning. What will you learn? - Introduction to the lathe, selecting timber and turning chisels. - Learn the basic's of spindle turning and make your own wine bottle stopper or door wedge to take away with you.

aln furniture is owned by Anna Nichols with 20 years’ experience as a designer/maker. Anna’s workshop is based in Edinburgh. Anna specialises in making bespoke high quality timber products using locally sourced hardwoods. Her work specifically focused on contemporary fine furniture & wood turning.
