Description

Fancy a private watercolour painting session with a friend/s and/or family? You will solely use the stunning studio/gallery set in the Mediterranean-style garden. The studio has floor-to-ceiling windows which fill the space with natural light. The minimum booking is 2, the maximum is 8. The price is per person. A wonderful session is spent in a garden studio/ gallery in the market town of Gainsborough. You'll be working with watercolours and being inspired by the beautiful industrial landscape paintings of L.S. Lowry. You will learn about this amazing artist as well as re-create your watercolour painting in his style. We will learn about and use his colour palette in your paintings. The workshop is suitable for all abilities. The painting is in watercolours and you will use some watercolour techniques & block pan watercolours. The session is artist-led.

I am an Artist/ Qualified Teacher living and practising my art from my stunning garden Art gallery/ studio in Lincs. I run Art workshops throughout the year. My workshops are diverse and cover painting in watercolours, acrylics, mixed media & drawing with a range of media, batik & lino printing. My 'Watercolours & Afternoon Tea Experience' are popular, why not treat yourself & friends? Fancy a unique and quirky private arty party in the garden gallery? You choose the day, time, medium and subject. My gallery has a permanent exhibition of my work. I now offer pottery sessions, and hand-building using slab, coil & pinch pot techniques. Workshops are a maximum of 6 which ensures quality tuition.
