Do you love baking and decorating cakes? Do you want to take your skills to the next level to produce exquisite cupcakes with a vintage theme? A Half Day Morning course (9.30 to 1.00) in Vintage Cupcake Decoration to develop skills to produce six beautifully decorated cupcakes. Suitable for those who have already completed a basic cupcake decorating course or have cake decorating skills and techniques. You will develop skills to decorate six individual cupcakes to take away at the end of the morning. You will go away with the confidence to decorate many more Vintage style Cupcakes. To ensure personal tuition the maximum number of participants on this course is six. This course is for adults.
What's included in the price?
All materials, ingredients, equipment and a course booklet will be provided. Tara House Bakery will provide six cupcakes per person for decorating. Boxes will be available to transport the finished cupcakes. Light refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits) will be provided throughout the morning.

Maker
Jane Bridgewater is a highly qualified chef and has been teaching and training chefs in further education colleges for 20 years. She was a BBC MasterChef Finalist in the 1990s and she started Tara House Bakery some ten years ago. She is now a successful baker and cake designer and wants to pass on her skills, knowledge and expertise to future cake makers. A range of cake decorating courses during the year will include vintage, wedding and Christmas cupcake decorating.
