Description

Poppy design inspired by the poppies in our garden. Hand drawn design on premium quality cotton and features a gentle aqua watercolour wash printed background. The kit is complete with the highest quality stranded cotton embroidery threads, needle book and full instructions. Our poppy embroidery kit has been created using our watercolour wash background, printed on high quality cotton fabric. The pattern is stitched in our variegated teal fine perle thread using simple embroidery stitches. A beginner who is comfortable with only one or two embroidery stitches can quite happily stitch these designs and they are perfect for slow stitch projects. Supplied as a 23 x 23cm panel (approx), the design measures approx 17 x 17cm. Panels are expertly printed in the UK and are colourfast and washable at 30 degrees celsius. Each background panel will differ slightly. "This kit arrived earlier this week and is nicely packaged and has everything needed to make the item. The instructions look clear and the end product looks like it will be beautiful (depending on my skill!). The only reason I didn't give this 'excellent' is due to the fact that there's no print out for the stitches required, I'm going to look them up on YouTube as I think I know what I'm doing, but a simple print out showing how to do these stitches would be useful for others. Overall, I'd buy this kit again, or another kit from the same maker."
