Description
Learn to carve stone! I teach small groups of complete beginners the gentle craft of stone-carving. No experience or artistic ability needed, just enthusiasm and curiosity. This stone carving course is extremely hands on. I will give a little demonstration and then its over to you. Experienced, patient tuition, with over 30 years as a stone carver and 5 years teaching. 3 or 4 participants ensures I have time to give individual tuition. You can choose to carve a relief or some lettering. At the end of our time together you will be amazed at what you have achieved. Add to this all refreshments including lunch, home made cake and you have the recipe for a mindful reset and a creative boost. The perfect treat for yourself or a friend.
What's included in the price?
All materials, safety goggles and masks, delicious home made cakes, and a lunch. Tea , coffee, a beautiful view. Start at 9.30 for coffee and work till about 4.30
