Description
Enjoy a 2.5 hour session making your own silver ring! Make a “D” section or oval shank ring. Personalise with letter stamps, or add a texture. Careful soldering and measuring skills are needed along with competent use of hand and machine tools. With close support you will succeed! This class is suitable for complete beginners although, it may also appeal to those who already have some silversmithing experience. Sorry but silver is not included in the price of the class. Silver used is weighed and charged for by weight (typically about £10 for a silver ring). ** Please note that the ring making class on the 8th of December is an evening class 6:30 - 9:00PM **

Hi. My name is Jonathan Kettle. I love to teach people how to make their own silver jewellery! I run evening classes, 1:1 sessions, weekday classes and a very popular beginners class - the cake, coffee and cosy studio are important, but my main aim is for you to enjoy to the experience, and for you to leave at the end of the day with your own handmade silver jewellery piece.
