Description

This e-booklet explains simply how to get wonderful colours with natural dyes, on both animal (eg wool) and vegetable fibres (eg cotton). We look at a range of dyes that give a good range of colours and that will enhance your knitting, crochet, felt and sewing projects. The booklet will be sent to you by email after you order it, I will aim to email this to you within 24-48hrs.

What's included in the price?

The booklet described above.

What you will need

You will need to order dyes and mordant (Wild Fibres are a good supplier if you are in the UK, otherwise have a look online) and also will need fibre, yarn or fabric to dye. A dye pot with a lid, anything will do, including aluminium but do not use if for food again after it has been used for dyeing. Newspaper or plastic to cover surfaces. A waterproof apron and rubber gloves. I would encourage you to get re-usable apron and gloves and to re-use any plastic that covers surfaces. We all want to save the planet!
