Description

Learn how to make your own silver jewellery, rings, earrings, bangles, pendants, broaches, etc. Design, cut, solder, set stones, etch, print and mark metal. Suitable for beginners or more experienced learners, this class is taught in my fully equipped home studio. I have been a commercial Silversmith/jewellery maker for 5 years and am a qualified teacher with 14 years experience. You will be in good hands. With a maximum of 4 people per class, you will have plenty of guidance. Please message me with any questions.

What's included in the price?

All basic metal copper and brass are included. Sterling silver and semi-precious stones can be purchased at an additional cost.

"I absolutely loved this course! I have always wanted to give metal work a try and it didn't disappoint. The class sizes are small which ensures you get some personalized tuition, every week we decide together what we want to make and Tracey helps you to create something personal. She always had a good stock of materials and plenty of tools so that you could always create what you wanted with support. In all, the classes were very beneficial and I learned a lot, so much so I feel confident enough to give it a go myself. Always offered a cup of tea and Tracey even made a delicious cheesecake on the final night which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend."

"Tracey is an excellent teacher with a great sense of humour. I attended one of her workshops with my daughters and niece and I was amazed at how much we made in such a short amount of time. Tracey somehow managed to balance all the health and safety stuff with a fun and relaxed approach. We learnt a lot in a few hours and came away with lots of silver treasures. My daughters and niece are really proud of their rings and earrings. I have previously attended silver making night classes where I achieved very little over weeks and weeks. Tracey's courses are quite different. I would recommend this course without hesitation."
