Making a stained glass art hanging

X

Description

This is a one day workshop for beginners but can be adapted to provide challenge to intermediate makers too. The group is restricted to four people to ensure quality teaching and support. You will learn to cut glass safely and competently, grind glass, copper-foil, solder and finish your project to take home. By the end of the day you will have created a beautiful stained glass light catcher (see images) to hang in a bright window. There are patterns for you to choose from in the studio and you will get plenty of help and support throughout the day in a small group of no more than 4 students.
