Make a simple Book - Kids' Fest at the Llandeilo LitFest
Description
As part of the Kids' Fest at the Llandeilo LitFest, there will be a whole array of FREE art and craft workshops for children at the Old Market Hall in Llandeilo. I'll be running a drop in workshop, where you can learn how to make your own little book out of mostly recycled materials. The activity is running between 10 am and 4 pm, but please be aware that I will be taking a few short breaks, e. g. lunch etc during the day. There will be a lot of other activities to take part in. You could also add any papers that you created at the other activities to your little book, e.g. calligraphy, writing a poem on a typewriter, lino printing etc. Once you've made one little book during the session, you'll be able to make more at home, as you'll probably find all the materials you need around the house.
