Description

This workshop will run from 7.00 to 9.00 pm on the Friday and 10 to 4.00 on the Saturday and Sunday We will be working with O1 high carbon steel to make beautiful and functional kitchen knives. We will learn how to harden and temper the steel to achieve an excellent cutting edge and we have a selection of hardwoods and buffalo horn for the handles. As we will be making kitchen knives we will not be making sheaths this time. This workshop is suitable for ages 16 and above, under 18s need parental consent.
