Description

Our Luna blue flower goldwork embroidery kit features a number of goldwork techniques with a hint of teal blue and sage green crewel stitching. Traditional wires are combined with contemporary threads to give texture and definition. LEVEL- Intermediate. You need to have a basic understanding in goldwork, spider web stitch and long and short stitch. We do not include stitch tutorials in this kit *** If you are new to Goldwork embroidery, this design features in our Essential Goldwork Course under separate listing*** Cancellation / Refund This kit is supplied with pattern and instructions and may only be returned if the pack seal is unbroken. Damage or Omissions If your package or an item in it has been damaged in the post, please contact us within three days of receipt. Your kit is carefully hand packed by your tutor, checked, double checked and triple checked, but if we have missed anything, then just let us know. Allergy Advice Embroidery kits are packed in our studio which does use natural animal fibres. Metallic threads may contain nickel. Please respect our intellectual property and do not share ANY aspect of this kit or its images via any format, including printed, online or social media.

Maureen is a master hand embroiderer with over 25 years experience. Skills handed down from Irish ancestors have been honed with training from world class embroidery schools. Small courses and workshops are often held in her native Cumbria and the hand embroidery courses can be studied via distance learning or online.

"This kit caught my eye when I saw it on Craft Courses, it looked so pretty and fresh colours. I received mine very quickly and it is so nicely packaged and a good deal of fabric and other embellishments too. I set great store by how things I buy are packaged up and this was really good. I since ordered another kit to go direct to a friend and like with me she received it very quickly and is delighted with it. Thank you Maire for such a lovely kit"

"This kit arrived earlier this week and is nicely packaged and has everything needed to make the item. The instructions look clear and the end product looks like it will be beautiful (depending on my skill!). The only reason I didn't give this 'excellent' is due to the fact that there's no print out for the stitches required, I'm going to look them up on YouTube as I think I know what I'm doing, but a simple print out showing how to do these stitches would be useful for others. Overall, I'd buy this kit again, or another kit from the same maker."
