Introductory course for people with little or no previous experience. There are only 6 students per course so everyone receives individual tutition. lunch Teas and coffee available Lunch is available at an cost from the Stables cafe , or bring your own packed lunch. SAT NAV - Postcode CM2 8WQ, The course syllabus: You will learn to identify different types of leather from chrome tanned to vegetable tanned, you will gain a understanding of their qualities, and what type of leather suits each product. Learn to maintain hand tools Cut out leather using a premade pattern learn to hand stitch with confidence Finish edges including beveling & burnishing of vegetable tanned leather. What's included in the price?
All leather and hardwear are included in the price. We supply a set of tools to be used in our course but these are not included in the price. A small selection of tools are available to buy. morning and afternoon refreshments are included in course fees.
