Description
This fascinator course is over a duration of 1.5 days which can be flexible. You will learn how to make a fascinator of your choice/colour and how to secure it to a headband and/or comb. Day 1: 9.30 - 2.30pm. Day 2: 9.30 - 12.30pm. No previous millinery experience required.
