"I had a fantastic day. Although I have never tried glass fusing before, I found Amanda’s explanation of the day was very clear over our starting coffee/ drink and biscuits. After health and safety, and discussion of different techniques were covered, we had an overview of facilities. We then progressed on to what we wanted to create. Amanda was very good at guiding my ideas to what was actually achievable within the time frame. I managed to create 3 different projects. Cutting the glass was not my forte, but Amanda was very supportive and assisted with this. I think more practice on the trainees part, not that it is a difficult technique to master. First project under the belt before lunch. And lunch was amazing. Two course, menu I guess varies upon season. I had created for me, homemade chicken, sweetcorn and potato soup / stew (keep in mind this is British October) and chocolate brownie and fudge sauce, just to die for! The afternoon was spent creating my two other designs. Again, Amanda was very helpful with direction and suggestion on how to achieve my design ideas. Overall a very enjoyable experience, a day of learning and fun. A very good tutor having patience with a newbie, and a five star xxxxx chef as well. Thank you Amanda for a very informative and practical educational day."

"I attended the full day glass fusing workshop (Pink House Glass) and loved every minute, literally from the moment I walked in and was welcomed by a warm and friendly Amanda, up to the moment I reluctantly had to leave, 7 hours later! Amanda is a patient and inspirational teacher, full of enthusiasm for her craft, I had an amazing day chatting, laughing, learning and creating, a real therapy. I can't wait to pick up my creations in a couple of days time. The course really is a bargain for the price when you consider that you get to make two lovely good size pieces of glassware to take away, along with the hours of tuition and guidance that you get and not forgetting the lunch of course which was as great as everyone says it is. "This course was a birthday present from my husband and I was a bit unsure and nervous about attending because of my beginners abilities. But I needn't have worried as this was an excellent course with an amazing, friendly and very patient tutor. The course was held in the Tregarth studio which was very spacious and comfortable to work in with excellent facilities. I liked the separate social area to ensure drinking & eating was not near glass cutting area. Health & Safety issues were taken very seriously by Amanda. All glass, tools etc were provided including an excellent lunch (I had forgotten just how much I enjoyed Eton Mess - very yummy) I was looked after very well by Amanda and it was a joy to spend time discussing projects and the samples, I brought down with me. This was a purely selfish day, as I was on a one to one course, but I learnt so much. Within15 minutes Amanda had sorted out my problem with cutting glass and then when on to improve my fusing techniques, use of different tools and glass. I was encouraged to be creative and to change my mind set for a more positive outlook - "there are no disasters in glass fusing just learning pieces". I now document all my work and learn from them and improve. The whole day when too quickly and my overriding feeling is that I spent most of the day laughing and having fun. Learning is not a hardship when a course is this enjoyable. It was a wrench to leave but I left with an amazing floral fused glass piece that I still cannot believe I made. Thank you Amanda for a brilliant day and encouraging me to progress on my journey. I would recommend Amanda's course to anyone interested in Glass fusing."

"My family gave me vouchers for my birthday for a second visit as I loved it so much the first time round. Second time was even better..Amanda is an amazing teacher..encouraging, fun, pushes you just enough, understanding and focuses with each students individuality. My friend and I had the best day. We felt as safe as possible during these wonky times and of course the food was fabulous..again."
