Festive Mice - needle felting workshop with The Lady Moth - Cambridge
Description
During this needle felting workshop we will be making adorable festive mice. Zenia is an experienced needle felting artist & tutor, she will demonstrate the process step-by-step and assist you when required. Needle felting workshop, suitable for confident beginners and improvers. It will be a relaxing session, lasting around 4 hours including a break. You will create your own mouse and a hat - there will be a selection of fabric scraps available, including tweed and soft wool textile (you may bring your own fabric if you want a specific colour of the hat). I will demonstrate the process step-by-step. You will learn how to make the body, ears and a hat, paying attention to creating adorable expressive face of the mouse. This needle felting project is suitable for adults and children over 12 (accompanied by an adult). Workshop will take place at Chesterton Methodist Church, parking on site.
What's included in the price?
MATERIALS & TOOLS: I will provide all materials and tools. If you have felting needles, felting mat and multi tools, please bring them along. REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and a selection of festive snacks will be provided. Please bring packed lunch if required.

I work mainly with wool and plant fibres, exploring various techniques and media, and taking inspiration from nature whilst embracing my creative imagination. I am a passionate teacher, sharing my own techniques and tips. Spreading love for creativity, and valuing its therapeutic qualities, I encourage a relaxed approach to the creative process.
