Description
In this introduction to DIY and home maintenance, you'll build a small model of an internal wall, helping you understand how your house fits together and taking the mystery out of DIY! You will learn: - Different hand tools and how to use them - Sawing, drilling, and screwing - Fit plasterboard and fix a hole in the wall - Fit skirting and caulk - Hang a shelf and experiment with different plasterboard fixings Use the time and space to learn and practise the skills and ask all your questions!
What's included in the price?
All materials, tools, and PPE are provided. Tea and biscuits at snack time! Please bring your own lunch. There are shops and restaurants locally about a 5-10 minute walk away in most directions! If you have your own battery drill, it's helpful to bring that so you can get used to your own tools
