Design: Colour - How to use Colour in your textile work.

X

Description

Design underpins everything we do as makers. We may have fabulous skills in our chosen craft area, however without Design knowledge we may struggle to move our work forward and our ability to create truly unique pieces. In a series of self-directed, video rich online courses, Kate Horner is going to teach you her personal approach to Design, as it is taught at ArtyBird Carnforth. The first module is Colour. It takes you through all aspects of colour from creating your own Colour Wheel and paint charts giving our Secondary, Complimentary and Tertiary Colours to creating designs using the colours you want. You’ll never have to settle for a ‘close’ colour again!
