This relaxed mosaic workshop gives you the choice of creating either a decorative garden stepping stone or a mosaic bird bath. Both options focus on practical outdoor pieces that combine durability with creative design and are suitable for long-term use in the garden. During the session, you will plan your chosen project and work with a range of ceramic and glass tiles to build your design. You will learn how to arrange colour, pattern and shape to create a balanced finish, whether you prefer bold, eye-catching layouts or something more subtle and personal. Guidance is available throughout to support you as you work. The workshop is suitable for all experience levels, from complete beginners to those who have worked with mosaics before. With small group sizes, there is time to work at a relaxed pace while receiving individual guidance when needed. Held as part of our Coffee, Cake, ’n’ Craft series, the session offers a friendly and sociable environment where you can enjoy the creative process without pressure.

What's included in the price?

All tools and materials required for your chosen mosaic project are included. You can choose to create either a mosaic stepping stone or a mosaic bird bath, using a wide selection of ceramic and glass tiles. An experienced tutor will provide step-by-step guidance throughout the workshop. Refreshments are included, with time to enjoy hot drinks and a generous slice of cake during the session. Small group sizes ensure a calm and welcoming atmosphere with individual support as needed. You will leave with a completed handcrafted mosaic piece, either a stepping stone or a bird bath, ready to be placed in the garden and enjoyed for years to come. Please note Colours, materials and finishes may vary depending on availability, though every effort is made to offer a wide and inspiring selection. Workshop timings are approximate and may vary slightly depending on individual pace and creativity. A minimum of two bookings is required for each workshop; if this number is not met, bookings may be moved to the next available date.
