Dyeing for a Print? Natural Dyes and Botanical Printing

What better way to spend a summer evening than learning about natural dyes and botanical printing in the magical setting of the Grade II* Listed Palm House in Sefton Park, Liverpool?

This evening workshop will extend your prior knowledge of botanical printing, and explore the potential of natural dyes in the process. You will learn about the different methods to incorporate natural dyes in the botanical contact ['eco'] printing process to create joyful prints and stunning backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to print two silk scarves [included in the price of the course], in a style of your choice.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.

What's included in the price?

All materials including dyes, mordants and two silk scarves prepared for dyeing and printing. Car parking is free. Tea and coffee available.
