Description
Nicki and Brian love teaching a variety of willow weaving courses in the beautiful Surrey Hills near Dorking. The course starts with a cup of tea or coffee on arrival and an introduction to willow, where it is grown, its preparation and the different varieties you can weave with. We then take you through the process of making the basket step by step. No need for any more plastic herb pots on the side in your kitchens. The Plant Pot Basket is woven form a 20cm wooden base in a variety of willows. Learning trac borders and 3 rod waling it is a great course for beginners and an introduction to willow and how it weaves.
What's included in the price?
All materials are included from the base which we have drilled, sanded and oiled in preparation to the willow that we have sorted and soaked. Use of all tools. Teas and cafetiere coffees are included
